    Bio-L PR contains Pseudorabies Virus (PRV) Bartha strain in a lyophilized form. PRV Bartha strain was amplified in cell cultures. Cell cultures containing amplified PRV Bartha strain were harvested and lyophilized. This vaccine has a physical appearance as lyophilized cake.

Indication for Use:

Preventions of Pseudorabies in swine

Method of Vaccination:

Reconstitute the vaccine with diluent. Administer via intramuscular route.
Hogs: 1st vaccination: administer 1 dose (2.0mL) to each hog at 8-10 weeks of age; post-1st vaccination: administer 1 dose (2.0mL) to each hog every 4 weeks after 1st vaccination.
Sows: Administer 1 dose (2.0mL) before breeding.
Boars: Administer 1 dose (2.0mL) every 6 months.

Storage Conditions:

Store a dark place at 2 to 8°C. Do not freeze.

10Doses/Vial (with 20ml diluent), 20Doses/Vial (with 40ml diluent), 25Doses/Vial (with 50ml diluent) and 50Doses/Vial (with 100ml diluent)

Shelf Life:

2 years

Precautions:

·Follow the instructions from and use under supervision by a veterinarian.

·Syringes and needles must be sterilized only by steam or boiling in water for at least 15 minutes instead of alcohol cleaning.

·Prior to vaccination, the vaccination site may be swabbed with 70% alcohol.

·Protect from direct sunlight and high temperatures.

·This vaccine must be reconstituted only at time of use and used within 2 hours after reconstitution.

·Vaccinate healthy pigs only in accordance with recommended schedule.
